Hi, we’re Jess and Anne.

More than thirty years ago, we met while studying fashion design in California. Back then we spent most of our days surrounded by fabrics, sketches and creative ideas about what clothing could become.

What started as a friendship quickly grew into a lifelong connection built around creativity and a shared love for clothing that feels expressive, comfortable and personal.

After graduation life took us in different directions. Careers, families and different cities became part of our journey, but our conversations almost always returned to the same thing. Fashion.

Years later we decided to bring that shared passion to life.

Inspired by the relaxed coastal atmosphere of Santa Barbara, we opened Jess & Anne Boutique. A small boutique where women could discover clothing that feels effortless to wear and naturally fits into everyday life.

Over time more women began discovering the boutique and asking if they could shop our collections from outside the city. That is how our online boutique was born.

As we welcome a new season, we are also opening our Spring Sale with savings of up to 70%, making space for new collections while sharing some of our favorite pieces from earlier selections.
